Why didn't Keenan Vanginkel attend the Dr. Phil show?

As the hunt for Morgan Ingram's stalker and murderer continues, the Ingrams will never have closure until justice is served. Why didn't Keenan Vanginkel attend the Dr. Phil show? If you were being accused of murder, wouldn't you want to use a big stage to clear your name? What did he fear exactly? Did he think Dr. Phil would make him take a lie detector test or did he fear that Dr. Phil would make him crack?

Jennifer Johnson makes threats online about Toni Ingram

Apparently Jennifer Louise Johnson (Dupont) is taking her anger to the internet and recently took to her Facebook to post threatening messages towards Toni Ingram simply because Toni created a blog in memory of her daughter Morgan Ingram. Jennifer's angst towards Toni is only getting worse so we know she's getting desperate to cover up for her son. Does she believe her son is innocent or does she know he killed Morgan?
